The Section for Interventional Radiology of the Croatian Society of Radiologists (hereinafter SIRCRO) is the manager of personal data processing and, in accordance with the law and relevant regulations on the protection of personal data, respects your privacy and, in this sense, acts as the manager of personal data collection and processing.

As the personal data processing manager, SIRCRO is responsible for the storage and use of personal data in paper and/or electronic form and determines the purpose and means of personal data processing.

2. Types of personal data processed

All data voluntarily entered via the registration form for SIRCRO members or via the contact form is processed.

  • Title
  • Name and surname
  • Date and place of birth
  • Address, postal code and place of residence
  • Cell phone and telephone
  • E-mail
  • Education: name, address, telephone and e-mail of the institution and your function in the institution
  • Faculty: name and place of completed faculty and year of graduation
  • Specialization: name and address of the institution of specialization, year of taking the specialist exam, institution of taking the specialist exam, area of ​​narrow specialization and year of recognition of narrow specialization
  • PhD: year of PhD, supervisor and topic 
  • Master's degree: year of master's degree, mentor and topic


3. Contact form
The contact form on our website allows you, as a user, to enter your first and last name and e-mail address to make an inquiry or request information in which cases we process Personal Data.

 

4. Purpose of personal data processing

The data you enter in the online form is stored by SIRCRO in its database and will be used for the purpose of membership records and membership fees, as well as for the needs of a faster and better response to your inquiries and for establishing contact with you as quickly as possible, and will not be used for other purposes.

When you provide your personal information, we will limit the use of the personal information to the purpose for which it was collected. Your personal data will be used in accordance with legal regulations and for:

  • Compliance with legal (and professional) obligations to which SIRCRO is subject
  • For the purposes of or in connection with legal proceedings, the establishment or exercise of legal rights
  • Sending notices or invitations by e-mail in accordance with the relevant legal regulations
